The book launch of Vilho Shigwedha’s book The Aftermath of the Cassinga Massacre. Survivors, Deniers and Injustices will take place at the National Archives of Namibia (Eugene Marais Street, Private Bag 13250, Windhoek) on 9th May 2017 at 5pm. The author will be there and Ellen Namhila, who wrote the foreword and is one of the Cassinga survivors, will deliver the keynote speech.

Vilho Amukwaya Shigwedha obtained his PhD from the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town for this study. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Namibia in Windhoek.
